SFEA offers the WRAT test.
We offer the Wide
Range Achievement Test or WRAT3 to homeschoolers of any age. The test has three parts: reading, spelling, and math. The reading
portion of the test requires the student to read words aloud to the examiner. The spelling portion is simply a spelling test
to a preset list of words. The math section is computational and requires the student to solve problems, just as they would
from a math text.
This test is approved by the Pennsylvania Board of Education
and can be used for the mandatory testing requirements in third, fifth, and eighth grades. This test can be administered on
an individual basis or in a group setting.
